- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Kramer is one of the best ENT doctors I have seen. And, my husband and I have seen a few. He takes the time to explain things very well, and if you still don't understand or want to argue the issue. He will either research it further or send you to a Larynologist to have the situation reviewed. I have never in the 5 years I have been seeing him ever had a complaint!! As to the people at the front desk, I have found that they too are very helpful and there have been times that we have had a good laugh.
