- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I tried to be a loyal customer from the first week Bone and Biscuit opened in Kamloops. Problem was that they never had any stock on their shelves, at least not the pet food I needed. Always had excuses as to why (she simply didn't carry enough, a few boxes a month that were brought in would sell out in a few days, made no sense to me) Found the owner very rude but her staff very friendly and helpful as they could be. I made up my mind to drive out of my way to a different retailer who sells the brand my pet requires and couldn't be happier. I have since heard that Bone and Biscuit has changed ownership at this location and I will try again...I'll keep you updated, wish me luck Lol.by Kunuk KidApril 25, 2017
