  I placed a call to the clinic today, May 4, 2017 at 4pm. The receptionist was super rude and actually hung up on me while I was midsentence. When I called back she continued to be rude. There was no customer service at all. Her tone of voice was harsh and rude. Your receprionists should have better behaviour.

  The receptionist was great. Clearly had a heavy work load going on, and in spite of this was pleasant and gave me helpful info. The Dr that I saw listened to my concerns, was thorough, and helpful in addressing why I was there. I had a lengthy wait, but given the shortage of Docs in town this was understandable.

  Very pleasant atmosphere. Staff are very attentive, quick to offer support Doctor I saw was first class They were able to sneak me in a quick visit with the doctor to ask a question Of the doctor from my visit two days previous. Ladies at the sign in // main counter were the best Just get there early...... Lining up at 6:30-7:00 am......open at 9:00

  I am very happy with the clinic as they squeezed my granddaughter in for the following day as she doesn’t have a family doctor because she just moved into the area and we don’t live in Kamloops!
