- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This was one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had in Kamloops and so I felt compelled to leave a review. Melissa Fenske was very pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and patient and an absolute joy to deal with. She really went out of her way to answer all of my questions and even called an insurance company to help me with a question related to another insurance broker! I really can't recommend Melissa highly enough and I will be switching all of my insurance policies over to Westland from now on. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Extremely dissapointed in their lack of knowledge and customer service. I had to get ICBC to call them directly to explain the process after 15 minutes of all 4 employees ensuring me how incorrect they thought I was. Then after they realized their mistake they still tried to turn the blame on myself. They took zero ownership of their mistakes. This then happened a 2nd time but to my partner. They double charged her GST and then blamed her for the mistake and again would not take responsibility or ownership over the mistake. I have been a loyal customer there for almost a decade insuring several vehicles through them. They've lost my business. I am absolutley appalled.by DavidDecember 25, 2016
